The Inside Worship Podcast focuses on emerging songs and song stories "from the Church, for the Church". Each podcast features a new song, an exclusive interview with the songwriter and a downloadable .pdf chord sheet of the featured song. In addition to the song and song story highlight, each podcast will address various issues in our modern worship culture - from the very practical to the deeper issues of the heart, as well as theological discussions and a bit of humor thrown in from time to time.

07 Vineyard Columbus: "God Is On The Move"

Podcasting live from Vineyard Music's studio house in Houston, TX. Casey and Anabeth sit down with Doug Anderson and Phil Schissler, directors of Mercy Response: Vineyard USA's disaster relief agency. Specifically discussing the events around Hurricanes Katrina and Ike.

In the second segment of the podcast, Casey and Anabeth sit down with worship leaders Michael Hansen and Noelle Shearer as well as producer John Wirtz to discuss the Vineyard Columbus album entitled "God Is On the Move". They give perspective on the recording process as well as Vineyard Columbus' efforts to embrace a more culturally diverse worship expression. The featured song on this podcast is "Why Should I Worry" written by Michael and Noelle. The podcast ends with the album's title track "God Is On the Move".

04 Featuring "Falling Down" by Ryan Delmore

Episode four - podcasting from the Compound Studio in Signal Hill, California, Casey sits down with Ryan Delmore to talk about his worship background, his family, and his new album "The Spirit, the Water, and the Blood".

Ryan was a member of the Burn Service band in the late '90's and has written a number of well known worship songs such as "Set Me On Fire", "Never Looking Back", "Let It Come", and "Jesus Name". This episode's featured song is "Falling Down" from Ryan's new project. "The Spirit, the Water, and the Blood" releases in October 2008. Look for it on iTunes and at www.vineyardmusic.com.

In addition to this, Casey and Robbie discuss the altitude of today's featured worship leader, Chris Lizotte (he's really tall). Jason Hagen from Vineyard Music's California office sits down with Chris to discuss this episode's featured song "Glory To The King" as well as Chris's thoughts on worship and worship leading.
